That’s precisely what this automation offers:

• All you need is a database with your job descriptions: a specific ID & a job description
• Then, you require a way to retrieve the candidate’s CV & the Job ID for which they are applying typically available in the application form

How it works?

Well, the magic is all about using Google API OCR, to read CVs infos, and made a summary of it.

Same deal with the job description…

Then, finish the recipe by mixing all the infos, asking @OpenAI to do the analysis job: you give the criteria, it gives you a JSON !

As you may have noticed, I used Notion for this exemple, for the Input & Output: so simple to use!
