It's amazing what you can do with Make!

For ex.

❌ Spending time writing down & tracking your invoices papers, bills

✅ Snap a simple pic of your restaurant bill or hotel invoice, & watch the magic, as it gets automatically added to a well-organized Notiondatabase.

With details like date, category, content, amount, currency, and more...

It utilizes Google Vision's OCR (extraction of text, based on an image) and OpenAI to create a file that groups information by theme (a JSON file), making your life so much easier!

All you need to do is find a well-crafted expense tracking template on Notion (there are plenty available check the one from @heyeaslo

Then use Airtable for uploading forms and image URL links (seems like the simplest option), and you're all set.
